Nine Years of Growing Alongside People
The XIGNUX Instituto de Formación Integral has supported thousands of energizers, family members, and community members through programs focused on their personal, family, social, and professional development.
Professional growth is important, but it is not the only dimension that defines a person’s development. Emotional well-being, family relationships, values, and the ability to participate positively in the community are also part of a fulfilling life.
With this vision, the XIGNUX Instituto de Formación Integral (IFIX) is celebrating nine years of promoting programs aimed at energizers, their families, and the communities surrounding the organization.
Since its inception, the institute has established itself as a space for acquiring tools, sharing experiences, and strengthening skills that extend beyond the workplace. Its activities are rooted in a central idea: the growth of companies also depends on the holistic development of the people who are part of them.
Training for All Stages of Life
Over the years, IFIX has organized conferences, workshops, and programs related to well-being, family life, values, emotional health, and preparation for different stages of life.
Among its initiatives is “My Best Self,” designed to foster self-awareness and balanced development across different areas of life. It has also launched programs for young people, family activities, and support options for energizers nearing retirement.
The institute has adapted its content and formats as people’s needs have changed. During the pandemic, for example, it moved its programs to digital platforms to continue providing remote support. That experience allowed it to expand the reach of its activities and develop new ways to connect with people.
In 2025, more than 7,100 people participated in the conferences organized by IFIX. The “My Best Self” program reached more than 5,100 participants, and initiatives aimed at young people reached more than 2,300 people.
These figures reflect the scope of a mission that is built upon every conversation, learning experience, and shared experience.
A Vision That Goes Beyond Work
IFIX’s approach recognizes that the different dimensions of life are interconnected. A person who has greater resources to care for their well-being, strengthen their relationships, and define their life’s purpose can also perform better at work and in the community.
That is why its programs go beyond simply developing professional skills. They aim to support people in their daily challenges and provide them with tools they can apply at home, in their relationships, and in their communities.
As it celebrates its ninth anniversary, IFIX is embarking on a new phase with the same purpose: to foster meaningful connections and keep people at the center of its initiatives.
Its story is reflected in the thousands of people who have participated in its programs, but also in what everyone chose to do with what they learned. Because holistic development does not end when a course ends, it continues through the decisions, habits, and relationships that are strengthened every day.
