MONTERREY, Nuevo León—September 23, 2026— XIGNUX, a leading Mexican holding company with operations in the energy and food industries, announced its participation in Ruta de las Empresas, an art exhibition taking place in Monterrey from September 20 through October 30. Monterrey is the final stop on a tour that began in México City and continued in Guadalajara.

Organized by the Mexican Council of Communications, Voz de las Empresas, the exhibition features 17 sphere-shaped sculptures, each brought to life by a different artist; collectively, they represent the history, values and the ways in which companies from different industries contribute to people, communities and Mexico’s development.

For XIGNUX, the exhibition’s arrival in Monterrey is especially meaningful, as it is the city where the company’s story began. XIGNUX was founded here in 1956 as Conductores Monterrey and today operates in the energy and food industries through Viakable, Qualtia and BYDSA.

“It is especially meaningful to us at XIGNUX that Ruta de las Empresas concludes in Monterrey—the city where our story began in 1956—just as we celebrate our 70th anniversary. This initiative allows us to engage with the public through art and share, from a different perspective, who we are, where we come from and how we energize life by creating valuable connections for all,” said David Garza Herrera, XIGNUX’s Director of Corporate Affairs.

“The spherical form of Hech Uno’s artwork invites us to look at our history from every angle and recognize the evolution, balance and responsibility that guide our progress without losing our essence,” he added.

Through its companies, XIGNUX helps bring energy to homes, businesses and communities, while also being part of the daily lives of millions of people through the food and snack products it provides. In addition, through its Social Responsibility Model and XIGNUX Foundation, the company promotes initiatives focused on energy, nutrition, education and community development.

The exhibition will be open to the public free of charge from September 20 through October 30 at the Explanada de los Héroes in Monterrey’s Macroplaza. Visitors will be able to learn more about the impact companies have on daily life and the role they play in México’s social and economic development.

Ruta de las Empresas brings together 17 companies, along with a representative piece by the Mexican Council of Communications, Voz de las Empresas.
