New generation graduates from the Master’s Degree in Cables

At Viakable, we celebrated the graduation of 11 energizers who completed a Master’s degree in Engineering with a specialization in Manufacturing, a program developed in collaboration with the Faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (FIME) at the Autonomous University of Nuevo León (UANL).

The ceremony was held at the Raúl Quintero Auditorium, located in the FIME Graduate Studies Building. We honored our colleagues who successfully completed their studies through an academic program designed to strengthen technical capabilities, leadership skills, and strategic vision within the company.

During the event, Carlos Ramos, CEO of Viakable, and Patricio Murga, Director of Human Resources at Viakable, addressed the graduates, recognizing their effort, perseverance, and commitment to continuous learning. They also highlighted the positive impact of this training on strengthening the organization.

Representatives from FIME also participated in the ceremony, emphasizing the importance of academia–industry collaboration and the value of specialized education in addressing today’s industrial challenges.

This postgraduate program, developed in partnership with FIME–UANL, represents a significant step in Viakable’s talent development strategy, fostering professionals capable of driving continuous process improvement, innovation, and the achievement of the company’s goals, in alignment with Vision 2030.

After the presentation of certificates, the graduates and their families took part in traditional moments marking the close of this academic stage: the group photograph and the ceremonial bell ringing symbolizing the completion of their studies. The event concluded with a reception, creating space for fellowship and recognizing families as a fundamental pillar in this academic and professional achievement.
