The Human Resources team participated in Más Humanos, an initiative created to deepen key processes and insights while strengthening the connection among those who drive culture and talent across the organization.
The event, focused on collaboration and team development, brought together Human Resources leaders and coordinators from all locations.
The program included messages from senior leaders, a panel featuring internal clients, and a discussion space dedicated to analyzing current challenges and opportunities to further strengthen the function of the department. In addition, high-value keynote sessions were delivered, along with a practical workshop aimed at generating joint solutions.
The gathering also reinforced closeness and a strong sense of community among participants.
