The Xignux Leadership Program is one of Xignux’s flagship talent development initiatives. In this program, participants are assigned challenging projects each semester and, upon completion, present their results to the Xignux Management Team (EDX).
On Tuesday, December 16, 2025, 22 PLX participants completed another semester and shared key insights about the projects carried out from July to December 2025. The projects were carried out in Monterrey, Canoas, Shreveport, and Waukesha. Some results obtained were as follows:
- Qualtia: We optimized the time required for long washes of the machines on the Ham line in Monterrey, thereby achieving the goals of reducing time, reducing water consumption, increasing availability, and maintaining safety.
- BYDSA: We optimized portfolio management for the wholesale and modern channels, which had an impact on cash flow by reducing the number of days past due and implementing an administrative transformation that reduced cycle time, reprocessing, and errors.
- Prolec: We increased the capacity of the EHV and LPT lines in Canoas thanks to the development of strategic suppliers. They ensure materials are available at the point of use and standardized production work, which had a positive impact on cycle times.
- Viakable: we increased the effectiveness of the CCV6 and CCV7 lines through failure analysis and standardization of lessons learned, achieving a reduction in start-up and compound change times, which increased equipment availability for production plan compliance.
During the session, the following individuals completed their fourth rotation and successfully concluded the program:
- Homero Hernández
- Edson Vázquez
We wish them success in the new challenges they are about to undertake in their assignments, and are confident that the experiences gained during the program will contribute to their professional development.
At the end of the session, Juan Ignacio Garza Herrera, CEO of Xignux, shared a message with the PLX participants, inviting them to continue challenging themselves and improving our processes regardless of the company or area they are in. He emphasized the importance of challenging not only ourselves, but also our leaders and mentors to achieve better results together.
