The Xignux Challenge 2025 supports the next generation of leaders who will tackle global challenges outlined in the 2030 Agenda. Two innovative proposals will be selected, aimed at reducing climate change and ensuring a sustainable future, and will receive support from both Fundación Xignux and Tecnológico de Monterrey (TEC).
The call for applications opened on February 20 for students from the Monterrey, Guadalajara, Querétaro, and Santa Fe campuses, and registration will close on May 11.
The event kicked off with opening remarks by Ricardo Swain, Dean of the School of Engineering and Sciences, Monterrey Region, who emphasized the responsibility of educational institutions to prepare future leaders who will shape tomorrow.
Marcela Garza Herrera, President of Fundación Xignux, highlighted the importance of the partnership between Tec de Monterrey and Fundación Xignux in addressing the Sustainable Development Goals, underscoring the value of diverse perspectives as a driver of innovation and opportunity.
