Xignux Foundation, in collaboration with Tecnológico de Monterrey, held a 24-hour challenge where students proposed solutions aligned with the 2030 Agenda to help build a more sustainable future.
The youth of Mexico brought their energy and talent to the seventh edition of the Xignux Challenge, where more than 1,100 students from various academic backgrounds, organized into 358 teams, presented innovative projects addressing today’s most pressing challenges. Of these, 35 projects reached the first stage of the final, showcasing a high level of creativity and commitment to the country’s future.
Eight teams advanced to the second stage of the final, and five were recognized for their impact and innovation. In this last phase, top projects were awarded in two categories: Discovery and Launch.

- 1st place: Zymetec – $100,000
- 2nd place: Free Energy and Fenixia – $50,000 each
- 1st place: Celunova – $500,000
- 2nd place: AureoBos – $300,000
