XIGNUX RECEIVES AAA RATING FROM HR RATINGS

Monterrey, N.L., July 15, 2024. — Xignux received a local AAA rating from HR Ratings, based on the strength of its historical and projected metrics, as well as its low debt levels.

The rating agency expects Xignux’s results to continue strengthening due to favorable trends in its U.S. operations, particularly through its subsidiaries Viakable (cables) and Prolec (transformers), supported by growing infrastructure investments in the U.S.

HR Ratings forecasted continued growth in Xignux’s sales, mainly supported by positive trends in the U.S. market for its core businesses.

HR Ratings reaffirmed its superior rating in ESG factors, recognizing the company’s high level of internal regulations, the quality of its management team, Board of Directors, and supporting committees. The rating maintains a positive adjustment in this sector thanks to its implemented policies and its environmental focus in operations.
