XIGNUX COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING INSTITUTE

A proper balance between professional and personal life, and with the well-being of our people and their families, is fundamental at Xignux. Both of these are essential for doing our jobs well, in a pleasant, ethical and productive environment.

For this reason, we created the Xignux Comprehensive Training Institute (IFIX), in which we provide various professional and human development programs for our employees and their families.

COLLABORATOR DEVELOPMENT

We develop labor and management skills in our energizers through courses, diplomas, certifications, conferences and institutional programs. These initiatives are designed to enrich their skills and contribute to their professional growth.

XIGNUX WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT

Our focus is on the integral growth and improvement of women. Offering various programs, conferences and workshops that provide tools to strengthen self-knowledge and connection with those around her.

FAMILY INTEGRATION

We offer programs and conferences of integral development, seeking to promote the formation of the energizer and their families through tools that allow them to strengthen their interpersonal relationships, values and family welfare.

CHILDREN AND YOUTH TRAINING

At IFIX, we strive to promote family well-being. For this reason, we provide programs, volunteering and workshops that promote positive and enriching coexistence to strengthen values from an early age.

SOCIAL FORMATION

We promote the development and strengthening of values, attitudes and skills that allow the energizer to maintain a healthy coexistence and build a just and dignified society.

We also have an alliance with Asociación Nacional Pro-Superación Personal, A.C. (ANSPAC) to encourage holistic education and advancement by strengthening human values.
