• The company inaugurates Xignux Expedition, its new space at EXPEDITION FEMSA, the anchor building of the Monterrey Innovation District, part of Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Monterrey, Nuevo León, August 26, 2025.- Xignux, a leading company in the energy and food industries, today inaugurated its research and development center Xignux Expedition, located at EXPEDITION FEMSA, the flagship innovation building dedicated to applied research within the Monterrey Innovation District at Tecnológico de Monterrey.

This new space connects Xignux talent with academia and corporate partners, strengthening its role in the innovation ecosystem through quadruple-helix projects that bring together universities, businesses, entrepreneurs, and communities.

With the launch of Xignux Expedition, the company reaffirms its belief that innovation is a catalyst for creating solutions that address the needs of clients and stakeholders, respect the environment, and contribute to sustainable development in the face of today’s global challenges.

Xignux also expands its research network, which already includes CETIV at Viakable, Prolec Labs at Prolec, and CIDEQ at Qualtia. Through joint projects, these centers enhance the company’s capabilities, accelerate technology transfer, and boost competitiveness.
