Qualtia brought together 200 leaders nationwide on November 26 and 27 to introduce “Somos Qualtia,” an initiative that marks the beginning of a new transformation phase aligned with the Xignux Work Culture (CTX).
During the forum, a practical guide was defined, built on four key enablers: We Prioritize Consumers and Customers; We Deliver on Our Commitments; We Grow with Our People; and We Evolve to Win. Each of these pillars includes concrete actions to ensure effective implementation in daily operations. Among the main initiatives are Marea Qualtia, an immersive point-of-sale experience; the adoption of the Enfoque methodology and the FMDS (Floor Management Development System) to strengthen execution; the promotion of Trust Circles and feedback spaces; and Evoluciona Q, a call to action aimed at driving innovation and recognizing transformation proposals.
With “Somos Qualtia,” the organization reinforces its commitment to translating culture into tangible actions that drive results and empower its people.
