San Nicolás de los Garza, México, June 4, 2026- Viakable, a XIGNUX company and trusted partner in energy transmission, has earned the Gold-level Active and Healthy Organization (OAS) certification awarded by Queremos Mexicanos Activos (QUEMA).
The certification, endorsed by the Mexican Institute for Standardization and Certification (IMNC), recognizes organizations committed to employee well-being, physical activity, and the development of healthier workplace environments.
The Gold level is the program’s highest distinction, recognizing that Viakable has fully integrated these practices into its corporate culture through a permanent wellness and physical fitness program.

As part of the certification process, Viakable implemented initiatives including physical assessments, wellness challenges, workplace movement breaks, and recreational sports activities, all aligned with QUEMA’s certification model, which aims to encourage healthy lifestyles, reduce sedentary behavior, and enhance physical and emotional well-being.
This achievement comes at a significant moment for Viakable as the company celebrates its 70th anniversary and recently unveiled its new corporate identity. More than a visual transformation, the new identity reflects the company’s forward-looking vision and its commitment to evolving alongside its people.
The certification also complements other recognitions Viakable has earned as part of its commitment to employee and community well-being, including the Socially Responsible Company (ESR) distinction awarded by the Mexican Center for Philanthropy (CEMEFI), the Family-Responsible Company (EFR) certification granted by Fundación MásFamilia, and the Factor Wellbeing distinction, among others.
