The report reflects XIGNUX’s continued evolution toward a growth model increasingly focused on creating sustainable value for its stakeholders.
During 2025, the company advanced the consolidation of its ESG governance model through the establishment of a corporate structure that brings together senior leadership, technical teams, and sustainability leaders across its businesses.
XIGNUX also defined an ESG strategy aligned with its Vision 2030, incorporating priority topics related to climate, energy, water stewardship, talent development, community engagement, business ethics, and responsible supply chain management.

- More than 580,000 training hours focused on strengthening technical capabilities, leadership, well-being, and professional development.
