Viakable held the third edition of the Yokoten Forum 2025, a platform dedicated to the exchange of ideas and the recognition of initiatives that drive continuous improvement across its processes.
The event began with a message from Juan José Rodríguez, Central TPS Manager, and featured the participation of eight teams representing different business units, selected after achieving first place in their respective internal forums throughout the year.
Teams from the Construction Business Unit were awarded the Viakable Cup in recognition of their outstanding performance and the exceptional evaluation of their improvement projects.
The session concluded with remarks from Ramiro Quiroga, Transformation and Digital Competitiveness Manager, who highlighted the importance of these spaces in strengthening a culture of excellence within the organization.
Through initiatives such as the Yokoten Forum, Viakable reaffirms its commitment to continuous improvement, collaborative learning, and the ongoing development of its teams.
