BYDSA Promotes Technical Talent with the First PCM Cohort

BYDSA recognized ten maintenance technicians who successfully completed the Maintenance Certification Program (PCM) with an electromechanical specialization, held at Conalep Guadalupe “Lic. Raúl Rangel Frías.”

The program, designed to strengthen technical, operational, and safety competencies, lasted six months. During this period, participants completed 15 specialized modules in mechanics, welding, and electricity, totaling 148 hours of training.

The graduation ceremony took place on November 15 and was attended by executives from the Production, Maintenance, and Human Resources departments, as well as the graduates’ family members. Each participant received their official certificate from Conalep in recognition of their effort and dedication.

In particular, Víctor Alan Sauceda was distinguished for achieving the highest academic average and maintaining perfect attendance.

Through this initiative, BYDSA reaffirms its commitment to developing technical talent and strengthening its operational capabilities.
