We celebrate the commitment and dedication of 404 energizers, who have completed 25, 30, 35, 40, and 45 years of service at Viakable, Prolec, Qualtia, BYDSA, and Corporate.

During the Xignux 2025 Loyalty Ceremony, Juan Ignacio Garza Herrera, our CEO, said:

“On behalf of the Xignux management team, I want to deeply acknowledge your commitment. You are here because you have demonstrated not only your talent and positive energy, but also excellence in everything you do.

Xignux, Mexico, and the world need people like you: reliable, excellent, true energizers whose contribution is reflected both inside and outside our organization.

What we produce in our companies is what activates and gives life to our environment. We are responsible for ensuring that energy is conducted, flows, arrives, illuminates, and activates all spaces where human beings develop, as well as for offering foods and snacks that provide the energy the body needs.

Few have the honor of performing work with this meaning, which impacts the lives of people, in the spaces and at the tables of millions of families.”

He concluded his message by emphasizing: “I thank each of you for your work, your dedication, and your authenticity as energizers. Let’s continue to contribute to a future full of success and progress for you and your families.”

Our CEO was accompanied by the Xignux management team, members of the companies’ operating committees, union representatives, as well as family members of the honorees and special guests.

The ceremony then included the presentation of awards to our honorees and concluded with a dinner offered to all of them and their guests.
