

To enhance our leaders’ skills, we launched the Leadership in Action program with the Cold Cuts and Dairy (CF/D) units at the Monterrey, Tepotzotlán, and Querétaro plants.
This program aims to improve execution and efficiency, strengthen decision-making, optimize team management, increase adaptability to change, and positively impact business objectives through a personalized selection of topics tailored to each role. It explores four dimensions of leadership: self-leadership, one-on-one leadership, team leadership, and cross-functional leadership.
More than 165 leaders from the CF/D plants will participate in this nine-month program, which includes in-person sessions, applied learning tasks, reflection activities, and coaching sessions.
On September 10, we also held the kickoff event with the CF/D Commercial area, joined by managers and sales executives from the Self-Service and Traditional channels across all locations. This event marked a key milestone in our development journey. We announced the beginning of the program, which will be implemented in person for more than 217 leaders in the area.
With the support of Arturo Rodríguez, CF/D Supply Chain Director; Alfonso Guerrero, Human Resources Director; and Francisco Cortés, Commercial Director, along with the HR and Training teams from the plants and commercial regions, we achieved great participation and engagement in the sessions and activities, generating a strong impact among Energizers.
