In September, members of our executive team visited the Prolec GE Brazil plant to participate in various institutional activities and engage directly with plant operations.

Ricardo Suárez, General Director of Prolec; Manuel Reséndiz, Director of Power Transformers; and Juan Pablo de la Garza Evia, Director of Human Resources, took part in the recognition event honoring Energizers for their loyalty, reinforcing the company’s commitment to valuing dedication and long-term talent.

The executive team then carried out a strategic tour of the facilities, accompanied by the Competitiveness, Operations, Planning, and EHS teams. The visit provided an opportunity to review manufacturing processes and observe how the highest standards of safety and quality are applied at every stage of production, both in the transformer and tank factories. They also witnessed firsthand the implementation of innovation projects and continuous improvement ideas developed by the teams each day.

The evaluation was highly positive. The attendees highlighted that the Brazil plant stands as a benchmark of operational excellence within the company, demonstrating that teamwork, process discipline, and a strong safety culture can serve as a model for other Prolec facilities.
