At Prolec GE Brazil, we successfully celebrated the first edition of Prolec Day. This is a technical seminar that brought together more than 50 sector specialists and key leaders of the energy industry in Brazil.

The event, held in August in the city of Canoas, Rio Grande do Sul, gathered representatives from the main power generation and transmission companies in Latin America, regulatory authorities, strategic partners, and Prolec GE experts. It consolidated itself as a space for knowledge exchange and technical collaboration.

Throughout the day, participants attended specialized presentations, interactive Q&A sessions, and a guided tour of the Canoas production plant.

The seminar addressed highly relevant topics for the sector, including transformer and reactor specifications, the treatment of active components and insulating oils, testing procedures, and the installation and maintenance of power transformers, in collaboration with our partner TDM.

Additionally, participants received insights on market outlooks, emerging trends, and advancements in operational excellence through synchronized manufacturing systems and continuous improvement processes.

Beyond technical discussions, Prolec Day stood out as a platform to strengthen relationships, reflecting our conviction that while technology drives progress, solid relationships ensure its sustainability.
