A group of 34 Viakable energizers are part of the first generation of the MBA in Business Administration, with an emphasis on Global Management.

On September 9th, we launched the first generation of the Viakable Master of Business Administration (MBA), a program developed in partnership with Universidad Regiomontana (U-ERRE). This program is designed to strengthen the managerial and leadership skills of energizers from different areas and business units of the company.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Viakable Executive Team, along with Angel Casán, Rector of U-ERRE.

Carlos Ramos, General Director of Viakable, shared a message with the group of energizers taking on this challenge, emphasizing that for Viakable, investing in talent is the best strategy to ensure sustainability and competitiveness.

“I encourage you to make the most of this opportunity, because more than an academic program, it represents a strategic enabler for your growth, connecting you with the global vision of the business and the responsibility of being agents of transformation as we look toward 2030,” Carlos highlighted.

The Rector of U-ERRE also delivered a motivational message to the group of collaborators. In addition, Arturo Guerra, Director of Administration, Finance and IT, and Patricio Murga, Human Resources Director, inspired participants with their words.

The MBA program is aligned with Viakable’s initiatives aimed at achieving our Vision 2030. Through it, we ensure that we continue to build the best team of energizers, reaffirming our commitment to internal talent development and the formation of future leaders.
