As part of our commitment to strengthening ties with the communities where we operate, we held key meetings with authorities in Waukesha and Sterling to reinforce our presence and collaboration in the United States.

At our Waukesha plant, we had the honor of welcoming Mayor Shawn N. Reilly and the Wisconsin Economic Development team, joined by the Prolec GE Waukesha team and Xignux Corporate Affairs.

During the meeting, we discussed Prolec’s leadership in the transformer industry and explored opportunities for collaboration in talent development, with initiatives focused on recruitment, retention, and training.

Later, in Sterling, we welcomed Mayor Diana Merdian, with whom we discussed Menk’s involvement in the community, the promotion of employment opportunities we provide to the municipality, and the possibility of driving school programs aligned with our operational needs.

As part of this relationship, we were also invited to participate in the quarterly meeting convened by the Mayor. It will be held on November 11, 2025. During the meeting, ongoing project progress will be reviewed and new initiatives for the city and community will be planned.

Both meetings reflect the importance of sharing our achievements and scope with U.S. authorities where we operate, strengthening long-term alliances that drive industrial innovation and talent development as engines of sustainable growth.
