
Our colleagues from the One Prolec power transformer commercial area met in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
Over several days of activities, energizers from Mexico, the United States, and Brazil, as well as colleagues from GE Vernova, met to strengthen alignment between regions, share key market information, and identify opportunities to improve and standardize the customer experience and our commercial strategies.
Through open and collaborative sessions, in which the sales team participated, as well as representatives from Legal, Marketing, IT and Product Management, we explored ways to understand our customers and their needs better to offer them more effective product and service solutions, align processes, and develop tools to optimize the Inquiry to Order (ITO) and Order to Remittance (OTR) cycles.
We also identified synergies to drive growth, strengthen the business, and position Prolec as “the leader and preferred partner in the electricity grid value chain,” as one of our objectives is to spearhead the energy transformation, offer reliable energy distribution solutions, and establish long-term relationships with our customers and business partners.
This meeting reflects our ongoing commitment to working as One Prolec, sharing knowledge, aligning priorities, and continuously improving our relationship with our customers.
