El Mezquite recreational center became the perfect setting for an unforgettable moment: the collective civil wedding of several of our energizers.

It was a day filled with emotion, where love and commitment could be felt in every corner. This initiative was created to provide legal certainty to our collaborator couples, helping them formalize their union and strengthen the stability of their homes.

Formalizing this commitment is not only an act of love, it also brings legal and family benefits that offer support and security for the future.

The godparents of this heartfelt event were our General Director, Ricardo Suárez, and Genaro Leal, National Coordinator of the Federation of Autonomous Workers’ Unions. Also present as official witnesses were Juan Pablo de la Garza Evia, Human Resources Director and Ricardo Limón, Chief Union Advisor. Representing Xignux, we were joined by José Alfredo Saldaña, Director of Labor Relations.

After the official ceremony and the heartfelt words from the godparents, who congratulated the newlyweds and emphasized the importance of legal union for family protection, the couples were delighted by a surprise appearance from host Ceci Gutiérrez and her husband. With warmth and charisma, they delivered a moving message about marriage, love and family.

The most anticipated moment arrived with the couple’s first dance, where they shared a magical and emotional moment. The celebration continued with a delicious meal, music, and a joyful atmosphere.

We thank the Government of Nuevo León for its support in making this event possible. One that is also historic, as it marks the first time a company in the state has organized a wedding ceremony of this kind for its employees.
