

We proudly hosted the second edition of the Ready Foods Innovation and Product Development Forum, bringing together our Commercial and Innovation teams.
Held on June 26th and 27th, the forum showcased over 50 ready-to-eat food prototypes, with 25 selected as winners for standing out in alignment with emerging trends and the strategic commercial objectives defined for the 2026 portfolio.
More than 70 people participated in the event, including 35 key leaders from our clients OXXO and 7-Eleven, as well as five international strategic suppliers who provided a global perspective to the proposals.
Following the success of the 2024 edition, we recognized the value of these sessions in helping us anticipate and prepare, enabling the timely launch of new products to the market.
Thanks to the synergy between the Innovation and Commercial teams, this forum not only reaffirms our commitment to innovation and joint growth but also strengthens our ability to evolve with our business partners.
