We celebrated the Annual Xignux Executives Meeting with the largest participation to date: a total of 121 executives from the different companies that make up Xignux.

The event was held at the facilities of the El Refugio Convention Center and we were joined by the directors of Viakable, Prolec, Qualtia, BYDSA and Voltway, as well as some guest managers.

During these days, we learned about the main challenges of each of our businesses and we learned from each other. In addition, we had two renowned speakers: Beatriz Baullosa, who shared useful information on health and wellness, and Stephen M. R. Covey, who gave us valuable tools to increase trust among leaders and teams.

The agenda included fun dynamics and integration activities that contributed to strengthening the bonds between team members, to increase collaboration and union.

We are convinced that each of the participants took away with them tools to continue promoting our core values: To be trustworthy and to seek excellence in everything we do.
