Commercial energizers at BYDSA kicked off the presentation of the first FMDS board at the Monterrey branches, highlighting the importance of integrating this methodology from the Total Productivity System (TPS) into our sales strategy.

During the tour of the production area, Team Leaders showcased the great flavor and quality of our snacks through the Quality Wall tool, along with a tasting session for our guests.

Later, we reviewed the improvements made to the Special Products line, where we have reduced time and operational movements, achieving an efficiency improvement of over 15%.

We concluded the meeting with the presentation of key 2025 projects from Prolec, Viakable, Qualtia, and BYDSA, which will drive continued accelerated growth across Xignux.
