

Xignux Corporativo and Viakable received this prestigious recognition granted by the Government of Nuevo Leon, through the Ministry of Labor.
We participated in the third edition of the TRe Distinctive, which celebrates and highlights the exceptional commitment of Nuevo Leon companies to responsible labor and rewards organizations that actively promote risk prevention and mitigation, rigorously comply with current legal frameworks, implement world-class practices and promote the welfare and labor rights of workers.
At Xignux we excel not only in meeting standars, but exceeding them in four fundamental pillars: labor development, human resource management and occupational health and safety. Our dedication and effort are reflected in exemplary practices and procedures that promote responsible work, the results of which are a model for other organizations to follow.
The award was presented by Samuel García, Governor of Nuevo León, accompanied by the Secretary of Labor of Nuevo León, Federico Rojas, to our Xignux Labor Relations Director, José Alfredo Saldaña, who was accompanied by José Antonio Muraira, Director of Human Capital, and Ana Lilia Fernández, Director of Corporate Communications and Social Responsibility.
In the case of Viakable, the recognition was received by Patricio Murga, director of Human Resources Viakable, accompanied by Rocio Parga, manager of Human Resources Operations, Mariana Estrada, coordinator of Work Climate and Culture, and Carlos Sanchez, coordinator of Human Resources Operations. Xignux obtained the TRe distinction for the first time, which represents a great achievement for the company. For its part, our founding company, Viakable, has been recognized again, marking the second consecutive year it has received this honor.
