The Annual Leadership Meeting (RADX) is a key alignment and growth event where we strengthen the leadership capabilities of our executives to continue advancing toward Vision 2030.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

This edition was especially meaningful as it took place during Xignux\u2019s 70th anniversary year. <\/p>\n\n

From March 12th to 14th,105 participants gathered at El Refugio Convention Center in Santiago, Nuevo Le\u00f3n, where they engaged in learning, integration, and reflection sessions focused on the main challenges facing our businesses.<\/p>\n\n

As a central part of the program, the outlook on business challenges across Xignux companies was presented by their CEOs: Carlos Ramos (Viakable), H\u00e9ctor Silva (Qualtia), and Jes\u00fas Gonz\u00e1lez (BYDSA).<\/p>\n\n

Our Xignux CEO, Juan Ignacio Garza Herrera, who served as host of the event, delivered a clear and challenging message: \u201cyou are here because your responsibility is to ensure that our companies perform well today and even better tomorrow,\u201d while also encouraging participants to \u201cdrive the stronger Xignux we aspire to achieve.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

Oscar de J. Mart\u00ednez, Corporate Development Director, reminded attendees: \u201cwe are heirs to a strong legacy, but above all, we are responsible for the new chapter we are about to write.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

Both messages shared a common theme: the leadership we exercise today is essential to continuing the Xignux story.<\/p>\n\n

Among our guest speakers, Javier Fern\u00e1ndez Aguado spoke about the language of leadership and noted that \u201cwe are the books we read and the friends we keep.\u201d He encouraged leaders to remain committed to continuous learning and to surround themselves with valuable sources of inspiration and knowledge. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

He emphasized that strong leaders master three dimensions: technical expertise (understanding their industry and area of responsibility), soft skills (which are actually hard skills) and values and ethics, which must be consistently reflected through personal example.<\/p>\n\n

Jeannie Walters, meanwhile, shared the importance of maintaining a customer-centric mindset. Among her key insights, she highlighted that \u201cit takes 12 positive experiences to overcome a single negative one,\u201d reinforcing the importance of building trust in every interaction. <\/p>\n\n

She also encouraged participants to learn from difficult customers, reminding them that some of the most valuable lessons emerge from the most challenging situations.<\/p>\n\n

We also welcomed Carlos Bravo, who shared his perspective on today\u2019s political landscape. <\/p>\n\n
