Ra\u00fal Rangel Fr\u00edas.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program, designed to strengthen technical, operational, and safety competencies, lasted six months. During this period, participants completed 15 specialized modules in mechanics, welding, and electricity, totaling 148 hours of training. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The graduation ceremony took place on November 15 and was attended by executives from the Production, Maintenance, and Human Resources departments, as well as the graduates\u2019 family members.
