Monterrey, Mexico, November 29th, 2021 \u2013<\/strong> Viakable S. A. of Mexico, a Xignux company, announces today an agreement to formalize the process to sell S\u00e3o Marco Industria y Comercio Ltda in Brazil (\u201cS\u00e3o Marco\u201d) to Montana Aerospace AG (the \u201cCompany\u201d) and its operating subsidiaries (the \u201cGroup\u201d or \u201cMontana Aerospace\u201d).<\/p>\n

With more than 75 years of experience, S\u00e3o Marco is one of the main manufacturers of magnet wire and copper upcasting in Brazil, with around 300 employees. In addition, S\u00e3o Marco produces electro-insulating varnishes, resins and lubricants with highest quality, reliability, and service.<\/p>\n

With this acquisition, Montana Aerospace and its Energy & E-Mobility sector will further position itself to meet the market\u2019s growth with innovative solutions created in collaboration with its customers. By combining both companies existing capabilities in Brazil, Montana Aerospace intends to complement its product offering in the conductors and round wire segments.<\/p>\n
