The Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Nuevo Le\u00f3n (UANL) held the seventh edition of the Tiger Tank \u201cEntrepreneurship through Knowledge\u201d, a platform that fosters young talent and sustainability.<\/b><\/p>\n

For the second consecutive year, Xignux sponsored the Xignux Challenge category, which focuses on energy, nutrition, environment, and health and well-being. This challenge promotes entrepreneurship with purpose and vision.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Aula Magna at Colegio Civil served as the stage where participants showcased their talent. The grand finale featured Ra\u00fal Garc\u00eda, Director of Innovation at Viakable; Paola Villarreal, CEO of Entrepreneur Agent; and Luis Trevi\u00f1o, General Director of CEC Franquicias, as judges.<\/span><\/p>\n

The event was attended by Marcela Garza Herrera, President of Fundaci\u00f3n Xignux; Dalila N\u00fa\u00f1ez, Head of Fundaci\u00f3n; and Mariana Cavazos, Talent and Culture Manager.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tiger Tank 2025 was divided into three categories:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • High School Category:<\/b> Preparatoria No. 16 once again earned first place, this year with the project <\/span>\u201cGuardianes del saber\u201d (Guardians of Knowledge)<\/span><\/i>, which demonstrated that learning through play enhances academic performance.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Undergraduate\u2013Graduate Category:<\/b> The Faculty of Medicine stood out with the project <\/span>\u201cOrgan Opportunity,\u201d<\/span><\/i> which uses a hypothermic renal perfusion machine to preserve organs with higher quality, extending preservation time and improving success rates for kidney transplant recipients.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Xignux Challenge Category:<\/b> The Faculty of Accounting and Administration won with <\/span>\u201cPuul,\u201d<\/span><\/i> a platform that enables UANL students traveling the same route to share safe, affordable, and efficient rides.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    During the event, Marcela Garza received a special recognition from the university for Fundaci\u00f3n Xignux\u2019s strong commitment to fostering university entrepreneurship.<\/span><\/p>\n

    At Xignux, we innovate with purpose and value initiatives that promote entrepreneurship projects with a social and sustainable focus.<\/span><\/p>\n
