{"id":6479,"date":"2025-10-08T05:53:12","date_gmt":"2025-10-08T11:53:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/j9weu8c74q-staging.wpdns.site\/2025\/10\/08\/we-strengthen-our-culture\/"},"modified":"2026-08-26T10:28:08","modified_gmt":"2026-08-26T16:28:08","slug":"we-strengthen-our-culture","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.xignux.com\/en\/impact_stories\/we-strengthen-our-culture\/","title":{"rendered":"We strengthen our culture"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"legacy-row\">\n<div class=\"legacy-col legacy-col-100\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.xignux.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Fortalecemos-nuestra-cultura.avif\" class=\"legacy-image\" \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To enhance our leaders\u2019 skills, we launched the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leadership in Action<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> program with the Cold Cuts and Dairy (CF\/D) units at the Monterrey, Tepotzotl\u00e1n, and Quer\u00e9taro plants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This program aims to improve execution and efficiency, strengthen decision-making, optimize team management, increase adaptability to change, and positively impact business objectives through a personalized selection of topics tailored to each role. It explores four dimensions of leadership: self-leadership, one-on-one leadership, team leadership, and cross-functional leadership.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">More than 165 leaders from the CF\/D plants will participate in this nine-month program, which includes in-person sessions, applied learning tasks, reflection activities, and coaching sessions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On September 10, we also held the kickoff event with the CF\/D Commercial area, joined by managers and sales executives from the Self-Service and Traditional channels across all locations. This event marked a key milestone in our development journey.
