Xignux, Viakable and Prolec came together for the event \u201cJoining Efforts for Nuevo Le\u00f3n,\u201d held at Cintermex and organized by Red SumaRSE, a regional ally of Cemefi.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the event, the social efforts of large companies and MiPyMEs from Nuevo Le\u00f3n that earned the 2024 ESR\u00ae Distinction were recognized.<\/span><\/p>\n

Representing Xignux, Ana Cecilia Herrera, who currently serves as the president of Red SumaRSE, presented the annual report, highlighting initiatives that made a positive impact in Nuevo Le\u00f3n over the year. The event also featured three conferences focused on sustainability, diversity and corporate governance topics:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • \u201cTrends in Sustainable Business\u201d, presented by Eduardo Agui\u00f1aga, National Director of Full-Time Programs at EGADE Business School and researcher in circular economy.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • \u201cClosing the Gender Gap in Companies\u201d, presented by Sol S\u00e1nchez, National Gender Officer at the United Nations Development Program.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • \u201cTransparency and Accountability as Drivers of CSR\u201d, given by Karla Guerrero, Director and Founder of \u00c9tica y Estrategia Consultores and Sistema de \u00c9tica y Transparencia (SET).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    It was a great event to stay updated on sustainability trends and network with other companies and organizations dedicated to improving their social practices.<\/span><\/p>\n
