We have a new certification for our meat products.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

In February, we obtained the USDA (US Department of Agriculture) certification, a distinction that allows the export of prepared meat products to the United States, so now we can export our stews from our Ready Foods Plant, located in San Nicol\u00e1s de los Garza, Nuevo Le\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Worldwide, food safety is an important public health issue, so these certifications guarantee that our export food complies with both U.S. and Mexican food safety requirements.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The certification granted by the USDA defines food safety and provides certainty of high quality for U.S. consumers. With this, we reaffirm our commitment to recreate the sensations produced by homemade food, providing our customers with fresh products that meet the highest standards of quality and safety in our processes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Achieving this certification, which is so important for the business, involved more than two years of preparation and several visits from the National Service of Health, Safety and Agri-Food Quality (SENASICA Mexico).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, we conducted training for the entire team, new implementations and interdisciplinary work, supported and supported by our business leader for Ready Foods plants, Alberto Buentello.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  • FDA (2023). This allows us to export non-meat side dishes such as vegetables, rice, and prepared beans, among other products.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • FSSC22000. Certification with worldwide recognition in food safety and security systems.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • TIF Certification.
