Lessons That Leave a Lasting Impact<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

Seventy participants completed the ANSPAC and Dejar Huella programs, launched by IFIX to strengthen personal development and provide tools that can be applied within the family and the community.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

A diploma may mark the end of a program, but the lessons it represents continue long afterward.<\/p>\n\n

The XIGNUX Institute for Comprehensive Training (IFIX) celebrated the graduation of 70 participants from the ANSPAC and Dejar Huella programs at a ceremony that brought together family members, teachers, and special guests.<\/p>\n\n

During the event, the graduates were recognized for the dedication and perseverance they demonstrated throughout their training process. Testimonials were also shared about the experiences, challenges overcome, and knowledge acquired during the sessions. <\/p>\n\n

The stories all agreed on one point: the benefits of personal learning can extend to other areas of life. A new way of communicating, greater self-confidence, or a tool for managing emotions can also positively influence family relationships and community involvement. <\/p>\n\n

A Process of Shared Growth<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

ANSPAC (National Association for Personal Growth) has been offering training courses since 1974 that focus on self-discovery, strengthening values and fostering responsible participation in one\u2019s family and community.<\/p>\n\n

Its programs address topics such as self-awareness, managing emotions, communication, interpersonal relationships, and family life. The methodology combines personal development, reflection, and practical activities, led by previously trained facilitators. <\/p>\n\n

Dejar Huella shares this approach to learning and personal development. Through the program, participants acquire tools they can apply to different areas of their lives and share with those around them. <\/p>\n\n

Support plays a central role in both programs. The sessions are not limited to conveying content, they also provide a space to listen to other\u2019s experiences, recognize one\u2019s own abilities, and move forward alongside people facing similar challenges. <\/p>\n\n

For this reason, graduation recognizes both the knowledge acquired and the discipline required to attend, participate, and remain committed throughout the entire process.<\/p>\n\n

An Achievement That Reaches More People<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The testimonials shared during the ceremony showed that the impact of this training extends beyond each participant. It can also be seen in the way they interact with their children, partners, coworkers, and community members. <\/p>\n\n

This impact is part of IFIX\u2019s vision, which promotes the personal, family, social, and professional development of the energizers, their families and their communities.<\/p>\n\n
