At Viakable, we celebrated our 69th anniversary with a series of events that highlighted our history and recognized the efforts of everyone who forms part of the company. This was done in an atmosphere full of energy and fun, shared by Energizers and their families.

On September 20, we held a reforestation day around our plant, where 107 volunteers, energizers, families, and neighbors planted 69 trees: one for each year of our history. This reinforces our connection to the community and our dedication to the environment.

Similarly, on September 27, the initiative was repeated at the San Luis Potosí Plant, where energizers contributed to tree planting at Parque de Morales in the capital city.

That same day, the excitement moved to the ring with the “Electrifying Match” at the Domo Care in Expo Guadalupe. The event brought together 4,384 spectators who cheered on the main bout between the Wagner Dynasty and La Secta, in a night full of energy, emotion, and entertainment.

The celebration continued on September 28 with the traditional Viakable Race, offering 1, 3, and 5-kilometer distances and bringing together 525 runners of all ages. In addition to prizes for the top finishers in each category, there were raffles for electronic products and gift cards, along with brand activations that created a festive, family-friendly atmosphere.

Finally, on September 29, we hosted an activation at the Flagpole in our Monterrey Plant facilities, where Energizers from all shifts enjoyed hot dogs, Conchitas, sandwiches, and drinks in our commemorative cup. The traditional photo with the Energizer Bolt also took place, symbol of the energy that drives Viakable forward.

As part of Viakable’s 69th anniversary celebration, we held an environmental volunteer day on September 20, 2025, with the participation of 107 volunteers, including Energizers, their families, and community members.

During the event, Maritza Almanza, Manager of Communication and Social Responsibility, delivered a welcome message highlighting the importance of collaborative green spaces and our responsibility as a company toward the community.

Participants planted 69 trees, one for each year of the company’s history, including species such as evergreen oak and ebony. Each tree represents a year of trajectory and our legacy of sustainability for future generations.

The day also featured the creation of the Viakable Community Mural, part of the EnergizArte initiative in collaboration with Xignux, Colectivo Tomate, and local artist Ariana Cavazos. This artwork brings local stories to life and conveys a message of unity and belonging.

Through these actions, we reaffirm our commitment to the community, the environment, and a more sustainable future.

A group of 34 Viakable energizers are part of the first generation of the MBA in Business Administration, with an emphasis on Global Management.

On September 9th, we launched the first generation of the Viakable Master of Business Administration (MBA), a program developed in partnership with Universidad Regiomontana (U-ERRE). This program is designed to strengthen the managerial and leadership skills of energizers from different areas and business units of the company.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Viakable Executive Team, along with Angel Casán, Rector of U-ERRE.

Carlos Ramos, General Director of Viakable, shared a message with the group of energizers taking on this challenge, emphasizing that for Viakable, investing in talent is the best strategy to ensure sustainability and competitiveness.

“I encourage you to make the most of this opportunity, because more than an academic program, it represents a strategic enabler for your growth, connecting you with the global vision of the business and the responsibility of being agents of transformation as we look toward 2030,” Carlos highlighted.

The Rector of U-ERRE also delivered a motivational message to the group of collaborators. In addition, Arturo Guerra, Director of Administration, Finance and IT, and Patricio Murga, Human Resources Director, inspired participants with their words.

The MBA program is aligned with Viakable’s initiatives aimed at achieving our Vision 2030. Through it, we ensure that we continue to build the best team of energizers, reaffirming our commitment to internal talent development and the formation of future leaders.

Jorge Lozano, Director of Institutional Relations and Strategic Supply at Qualtia, and current Secretary and Vice President of Foreign Trade at the Mexican Meat Council, participated in the International Road Show “No Borders for Food: Alliances for Food Security,” organized by the Brazilian Association of Animal Protein (ABPA).

This event, held in Mexico City at the end of August, included meetings with Brazil’s Vice President Geraldo Alckmin; Brazil’s Minister of Agriculture and Livestock, Carlos Fávaro; the Brazilian Ambassador to Mexico, Nedilson Ricardo Jorge; and ABPA President, Ricardo Santin.

These meetings aimed to strengthen technical and commercial cooperation in agri-food matters, with Brazil being one of Mexico’s most important strategic partners.

In addition, as an active member, Jorge Lozano participated in the regular session of the Mexican Chapter of the International Dairy Federation (IDF Mexico), alongside leading companies in the sector. His participation further strengthened our commercial relationships and Qualtia’s positioning.

Top representatives from the dairy industry in Mexico, such as CNA, CANILEC, and AMLAC, were also part of this forum. They analyzed trends and the legislative outlook to reach agreements and joint actions in support of milk producers.

Through our key role within these two industries, we are driving Qualtia’s evolution into a world-class company by energizing strong cross-border alliances with commercial leaders and promoting innovation and competitiveness in the sector.

We organized the “Energizing Your School” volunteer day. It included the participation of volunteers from Corporate, Bricos, and the local community.

The activity took place on August 23 at the Venustiano Carranza School in the Constituyentes neighborhood of Querétaro, where we joined efforts to improve its facilities and provide a safer, more welcoming environment for students and teachers.

A total of 105 volunteers participated in improvement tasks that included painting, planting six trees, creating pollinator gardens, cleaning, and modernizing the electrical infrastructure with the replacement of lighting, wiring, and the main switchboard. Thanks to Viakable’s coordination, we also received support from the Municipality, which collaborated in removing rubble and accumulated waste.

The day was a clear example of collaborative work. In addition to on-site support, we provided educational materials to benefit the children returning to classes.

At the end of the day, an appreciation lunch was shared with all participants, during which the school expressed its gratitude with a special gesture: cupcakes prepared by the school board as a token of thanks to the companies and volunteers who made this effort possible.
