Qualtia Alimentos receives “Company Committed to Combat the Educational Lag Recognition”


The National Council of Education for Life and Work (CONEVYT) and the National Institute of Adult Education (INEA) awards the “Committed Company to Combat Educational Lags Recognition”, to Qualtia Alimentos for taking actions to promote education of its collaborators and their families through the Qualtia Education Program – INEA, offering better life opportunities by allowing them to regularize their basic elementary and middle school education.

The ceremony was held on January 14 by INEA personalities, who presented the recognition to Jaime de la Peña, Human Resources Director of Qualtia Alimentos. This program has been promoted in the company and this confirms that the sum of wills adds value, thus strengthening individual, social and cultural development.

During this event, the certificate was given to the students who successfully completed and accredited their basic studies in middle school education in the Qualtia Education Program – INEA, recognizing two partners of the Integra Program and two family members of collaborators.

 Certified students:

• Karla Margarita Sandoval Espinoza, Department of Cutting and Boning (Integra Program).

• Francisco Salazar Barron, General Warehouse (Integra Program).

• Luis Noe Vega Lopez, brother of Eliana Vega Lopez (Sales).

• Carlos Guerrero de la Rosa, son of María de Jesus de la Rosa Carranza (Sales)

Finally, in this ceremony were congratulated and thanked the teaching and commitment work of the 18 volunteer advisors who are part of the following departments of Qualtia Alimentos: Engineering, Projects, Quality, Planning, Sales and Human Resources (Staff, Plant, Aztlan and Commercial). The students of the program were also encouraged to continue taking advantage of this opportunity, continue learning and keep moving forward to make Qualtia Alimentos a much stronger company.

It should be noted that currently there are 18 students enrolled: 6 employees who are studying elementary school and 12 employees who attend middle school, belonging to the following locations: RTE Aztlan, Ventas, RTE Escobedo and Planta Monterrey.
